To view more details, click on the “View” button next to the order. If the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed at the bottom of the page in the “Shipping Details” tab. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being placed. If your order has already been shipped, contact our office to notify us and refuse the order upon delivery.
Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 22, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 – there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 23, Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 are transit day for “UPS air and international packages” only.
Peak-season guarantees: UPS Early A.M. and UPS Worldwide Express Plus deliveries are guaranteed for on-schedule delivery as usual through the holiday season. Guarantees for other air and international shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 23; Dec. 18-Dec. 24; and Dec. 31. The guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24.
